Do I receive all my compensation?

Yes, so long as you have co-operated and turned up for medical appointments . When your case is settled it will be settled on the basis that as well as you receiving your compensation the paying party will also pay your legal costs.   That is if you win your case.   If you lose your case then so long as you have co-operated with us, there will be no charge for the work carried out.
